Cookie Policy

The short version

This site uses no advertising cookies. We do not follow you across other websites, profile you, or sell or share your browsing with anyone.

We do use Google Analytics to count visits. It sets cookies, so it only runs if you accept analytics in the banner when you arrive. If you say no, or ignore the banner, it never starts. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.

What the site does store

• On the public booking page. A cookie remembering your cookie choice, and, only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics cookies that count your visit. Filling in the form and paying sets no advertising cookie. Your details go only where you send them by pressing Continue to payment.
• The admin dashboard, used only by us, keeps a small working copy of booking data in the browser so it loads quickly, and a sign-in that lasts your session. These are essential to that page and are never used for tracking.

Stripe

When you pay, you are on Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud, under its own policy. That happens on Stripe's page, not ours.

If this changes

Analytics was added on 10 September 2026, and this page was updated at the same time. Nothing runs before you have been asked. If we ever add anything else that tracks visitors, we will update this page and ask for your consent first, as the law requires.
